许清海，男，1951年出生，研究员，博士生导师，黄色电影 一档教授，黄色电影突贡专家，现任国家自然科学基金委员会第十二届评审组成员，中国第四纪研究委员会理事，第四纪研究编委，中国古生物学会孢粉学分会理事，“古地理学报”编委，中国地理学会全新世分会副主任。1979年毕业于北京大学地质系，多年来一直从事华北平原花粉学和地理学研究，先后主持国家自然科学基金4项，重点基金1项, 主持省基金6项，主持科技部重大基础研究前期研究专项1项，参加完成国家基金重点项目、攀登计划和中日协作课题等数项。在完成的研究项目中，获省自然科学二等奖1项（主持）,省科技进步二等奖1项（主研）、三等奖1项（主持），省山区开发创业二等奖1项（主持），省自然科学三等奖1项（主持）。
